House Rules and Important Information
We kindly ask our guests to respect the following rules:

Behavior Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Please respect the neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Arrival (Check-in) and Departure (Check-out) Procedure

• Check-in is by appointment only.
• Standard check-in and key handover time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• Check-in after 7:00 PM incurs a €40 surcharge.
• Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs a €70 surcharge.
• Check-in after midnight is only possible if agreed in advance.
• If you arrive in Venice before 3:00 PM, early access to the apartment may be possible only if it is ready (service not guaranteed).
• In case of lost keys, a replacement fee between €80 and €260 will be charged, depending on the type of lock.

Guest Registration

• After booking, a form will be sent to be completed accurately by all guests, including personal details and upload of ID documents.
• The data provided will be used exclusively for online registration with the Italian State Police and for ISTAT reporting, as required by Italian law.
• At the same time as uploading the documents, the rental agreement and cost summary must be signed no later than one week before arrival.
• Upon arrival, identity documents of all guests will be verified.
• Only properly registered guests are allowed to stay in the property.
• Unauthorized guests will be reported to the competent authorities.

Check-out and Cleaning

• The apartment must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• The kitchen must be left clean, as found upon arrival, and free of rubbish.
• If rubbish is left inside the apartment, a surcharge between €30 and €50 will be applied.
• In Venice, waste collection takes place six days a week. Guests must follow the instructions provided at check-in and displayed in the apartment, in compliance with local regulations.

Tourist Tax

• The tourist tax for this apartment is €4.00 per person per day, for a maximum of 5 nights.
• The tourist tax must be paid in cash (EUR) upon arrival, together with any late check-in surcharge.

Internet

• It is strictly forbidden to use the internet connection for illegal purposes.
• The property manager declines any responsibility for improper or unlawful use of the Wi-Fi connection by guests.

Linen

• An additional fee will apply for extra bed linen and towels.
